We bought a double insulated garage door. The garage is insulated, R value 16.5! The installation team arrived on time and removed the old doors and installed the new door within 5 hours. Absolutely amazing experience with ADR Garage Door Repair! They ended up delivering and installing the 2 garage doors and openers almost a month earlier than we expected!The actual garage doors are beautiful and the openers make for an extremely quiet opening and closing.The installer did a wonderful job and even left our garage neater than when he found it.I would absolutely recommend them and use them again, if ever needed.

I contacted several companies to quote on my new single garage door. ADR was the most competitive. Once I expressed my desire to move forward the technician came to my house and confirmed my order. The availability of the garage was less than one month to become available. When the date for my install came the technician came and did a professional job in less than 2 hours. ( There were some minor issues with the onsite scheduling of the technician but not enough to drop a star ratin) I have had no issues with install and my garage I believe is the best new garage on the street. . First class service.Three visits to determine exactly what was the best solution and to confirm the measurements for our definitely non standard garage. Ashley was very helpful. The tech Denis & Kayden arrived on time and did an excellent job, including going through the paperwork and showing how the door actually worked. Left the garage probably cleaner than when they arrived.All this and the price was the best quote we had.

We are a group of neighbours that share a large parking spot. The entry is a large, wooden structure with a heavy wooden door that opens sideways. It was originally built as a patchwork of garage parts, rollers - an engineering feat! After 15 years it fell apart, but no one in Barrie wanted to touch it (complex, self-made parts, etc).Then the ADR Garage Door Repair came. Logan and Denis not only offered to fix it, but made suggestions on how to improve it!Their work was highly professional and absolutely reasonable for the work involved.We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the ADR Garage Door Repair!!!

Cable snapped on one side of my garage door. All the spring tension was on the side of the garage door with the good cable. So the door was slanted and unable to open/close it. Called ADR and the receptionist was nice. She gave me the option to have a technician come the same day or the morning after. I chose the morning after. She gave a 2hr window between 9am - 11am.Dennis called me at 10:15am and told me he would arrive at 10:45am. He arrived exactly on time. Very polite. He knew exactly what was wrong. Cable snapped due to age/rust. He checked the other cable as well to see if it needed replacing. He also checked the tracks and the wheels to make sure they were all aligned and in good working order. $165+tx to replace the cable. But he did few extra things like adjusting the track and checking the wheels.The whole service call took about 40mins. I stayed and watched him work and bugging him with questions. I'm a DIY'er and never had to fix anything with a garage door before. He was happy to answer all of my questions.Very happy with the service.
