Fixed on the first visit
None of this is required. But when it's ready, most jobs finish in one trip instead of two.
- Clear the bay. A metre of room in front of the door and along both tracks is all our technician needs to work safely.
- Find the opener brand. LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Craftsman — usually printed on the motor housing. It tells us which parts to load.
- Leave a broken door alone. If a spring or cable has snapped, don't run the opener again. Forcing it bends the track and turns a small repair into a large one.
- Add a photo. Drop one into your booking notes if something looks obviously wrong — it often saves a diagnostic step.

Can someone come out today?
Usually, if you book or call before 2 PM. Same-day slots only appear in the calendar when they're genuinely open, so if you can see one, you can have it. For emergencies our technicians typically reach you within 60 to 90 minutes. If nothing is showing and the door can't wait, phone us — cancellations free up through the day and we can often work you in.
How do I pay, and when?
Debit, credit, cash, Apple Pay or Google Pay on site — or pay online, whichever is easier. Once the job is done we send an invoice with a secure payment link, so you can settle it from your phone at the driveway or later that evening. Nothing is charged at the time of booking.
What does it cost if I decide not to repair?
You'll be told the service call fee when you book, and again when the technician arrives, before any diagnosis starts. Go ahead with the repair and that fee comes off the job. Either way, nothing gets charged that you haven't agreed to first.
Do you charge for a new-door estimate?
No. Quotes for a full replacement are free, measured on site or costed from photos and dimensions. Choose the estimate option in the form and we'll bring finish samples that suit your home.

Very likely. The lists above are the places we visit most, not a boundary. If you're anywhere between the GTA and Orillia, put your address into the form or phone us and we'll tell you straight away whether we can get a truck to you.
