REFUND POLICY

 

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it’s over 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

Any Garage Door item or Opener which has been ordered cannot be returned or replaced once it’s installed. If the door part or opener is from stock and not a custom order, has to be returned within 30 days period if they are in original packing. We will charge a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping will be at customer own expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item has to be unused and in the same condition that you received it and It must also be in the original packaging/ box.

Electrical devices are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.

There are few situations where only partial refunds are granted for example

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, cash or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you didn’t receive a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

We may change this Return Policy from time to time. If we decide to change our Return Policy, we will post the revised policy here at this page.
