Three visits to determine exactly what was the best solution and to confirm the measurements for our definitely non standard garage. Ashley was very helpful. The tech Denis & Kayden arrived on time and did an excellent job, including going through the paperwork and showing how the door actually worked. Left the garage probably cleaner than when they arrived.
All this and the price was the best quote we had.
Then the ADR Garage Door Repair came. Logan and Denis not only offered to fix it, but made suggestions on how to improve it!
Their work was highly professional and absolutely reasonable for the work involved.

Dennis called me at 10:15am and told me he would arrive at 10:45am. He arrived exactly on time. Very polite. He knew exactly what was wrong. Cable snapped due to age/rust. He checked the other cable as well to see if it needed replacing. He also checked the tracks and the wheels to make sure they were all aligned and in good working order. $165+tx to replace the cable. But he did few extra things like adjusting the track and checking the wheels.
The whole service call took about 40mins. I stayed and watched him work and bugging him with questions. I'm a DIY'er and never had to fix anything with a garage door before. He was happy to answer all of my questions.
